BoardingAt Grandview Estates Pet Lodge we provide first-class pet boarding facilities for dogs and cats.  Spacious Dog Deluxe indoor/outdoor or indoor only sunlight-filled runs available.  Standard kennels available for small dogs in a separate room from the large dogs.  Cats have their own room away from the dogs featuring standard kennels or Deluxe Kitty Condos.   All looked after by our caring boarding staff and a quality veterinary care right next door!

Grandview Estates Pet Lodge will have scheduled Check-In and Check-Out times between 7:00am-8:00am and 4:00pm -6:00pm Monday through Saturday.  We will not have Check In/Out on Sundays or National Holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day).  Please note times may be subject to changed based on availability, particularly on Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

Please allow 20 minutes for the Check-In process.  To speed the process along you can print forms and complete prior to arriving to our facility (https://www.compassionatecarev...).  Each boarding visit will need completed the following forms: Boarding  Policies and Procedures, Boarding Medical Release Form, Boarding Intake Form, Boarding Agreement, Indemnity, Release & Waiver.

Are you a new boarding client? Welcome to Grandview Estates Pet Lodge!  If your pet has never been here, new year please complete this form annually Boarding  Initial-Annual Intake Form.

Please indicate on the forms at Check-In if you request your pet to receive a nail trim during their stay.  Please note any pet that gets overly upset or struggles the procedure will be aborted immediately.

If you would like your pet to receive any medical treatment during their stay, you will need to fill out Boarding  Exam Request Form in order to provide Compassionate Care Veterinary with the most up to date information.   We will be unable to board any sick pets in our facility.  if your pet becomes ill during their stay you will be notified immediately.  If no other arrangements are made your pet will be transferred to the care of Compassionate Care Veterinary.  Your pet's health and safety is our priority.

To protect all of our boarding pets, we do require that all boarders be up to date on an annual wellness exam, fecal testing, vaccinations, and flea prevention prior to boarding (specifics listed below).  Vaccines must be completed by a veterinarian and should be completed 3 weeks prior to boarding for optimal protection.  Vaccines from Tractor Supply Vaccine Clinic will be accepted, however, their minimal exam does not meet the annual wellness exam requirements.  If a pet has not met the boarding requirements at the time of check-in, an examination, any required vaccines or testing, and administration of flea prevention will be updated by Compassionate Care Veterinary during their stay.

We highly recommend all pets staying at our facility be current on heartworm/intestinal parasite prevention (i.e. Dogs: Interceptor Plus, ProHeart12, Cats: Revolution)

Bedding and food/water bowls are provided.  These items are replaced at least twice a day.  Please do not bring any items from home as we cannot guarantee their return or condition.  If you do bring any bedding it must be labeled in permanent marker and easily washed. 

We recommend you bring your pets current food for their stay.  If you do not, we will feed our in-house food both canned and dry.  When bringing your pets current food, please separate each portion in a sealed plastic bag or individual container labeled with your pet's first and last name, as well as, if AM or PM meal.  This will make it much easier for our caretakers to make sure that your pet is fed in accordance to your wishes.  We do have food refrigerators for any food needing to be kept cold.

ALL MEDICATIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH THE NAME, DOSE, AND DOSING FREQUENCY CLEARLY LABELED. This rule exists to protect the health and safety of all out boarders.  Please so not put individual pills or supplements in with the portioned bags or containers.  That food will be immediately discarded.  Any medication or supplements not in their original packaging will not be accepted.

If your pet is taking medications or supplements, please complete the Boarding  Medication Intake form with the name, dose, dose frequency of each medication or supplement at time of check-in.  If there are more than 3 medications/supplements given please fill out multiple forms.  Please indicate the time and when the last dose was given for each so our caretakers can ensure that there are no disruptions in your pet's treatment schedule.

Grandview Estates Pet Lodge uses non-slip leashes for all boarding dogs.  Once checked in, we will remove any harness, head halters, choke collars or leashes and place them in your pet's personal cubby for their stay.  However, if your pet requires any special harness for health or safety purposes please let us know at time of check-in.

Fees are charged by the day per pet.  Each pet will have their owner kennel, condo, or run.  However, for pets that do well together they can have the additional play time scheduled together.  Additional play time for 10 minutes for each pet for additional fees.  Maximum of 2 play times per pet.  We have a fenced play area and for those nasty cold or wet days we have an indoor play area for the dogs to play or run around in.  For family cats there are the kitty condos which can have a opening between 2 condos for them to visit each other in.  Each cat will have their own condo and only be together during the day.  They can also have additional play time in our indoor play area.

If any pet is to be picked up by someone other than yourself, you must indicate on the Check-In form.  This person must also present a photo id at the time of Check-out.  Any pet to be picked up early from their scheduled reservation please notify us 48 hours in advance the new departure date in order to ensure all requested services are completed prior to check-out.
